What is the order process?

Once you place an order through us we will send you a quotation for you to review along with our payment details. Once you approve of the quotation and send payment confirmation, our team will prepare your orders and have them delivered. You may also opt to have it picked up.

How can I find the price of a specific color?

As each paint line carries a specific set of characteristics, prices are dependent on the Benjamin Moore paint line chosen, regardless of color and sheen preferences.

How do I know which product/paint line is best for my project?

We understand that all the technicalities can get a bit overwhelming. That's why our team is equipped with the knowledge to guide our customers to the best product for their needs and preferences. If you need help or are confused with what to get, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll gladly assist you!

What is your return or exchange policy?

Each paint product ordered is mixed in-store to ensure our customers get the colors they ordered. Thus, each order is unique to each customer's preferences. It is for this reason that we, unfortunately, do not accept returns or exchanges for Benjamin Moore paints.

What are the payment methods?

We currently accept bank transfers to Metrobank and GCash. Cash and card payments are also welcome in-store!

How long will my order take to arrive?

For areas located in Metro Manila (MM) and Greater Metro Manila (GMM) orders will take 2-3 days to be prepared and delivered, depending on the size of the order. For areas outside of MM and GMM, orders will take 5-10 working days to be delivered. 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! With our partner courier NinjaVan, we are able to deliver nationwide!
