Our Benjamin Moore paints are mixed in-store upon order. Each color has their own specific formula per can of paint, and therefore are unique to the customer’s specifications in their order. 

However, the appearance of colors appear differently when seen in person versus through a digital screen. Lighting can greatly affect the color’s appearance as well. A room that is well lit can brighten the area, versus an area that receives little light.

Surface Sense is an official retailer and we source our products from the brands that produce our items. Thus, all product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change the prices and descriptions of our products without prior notice.

When payments have been confirmed, orders will be completed within 2-3 days (5-10 days for areas outside of NCR).

All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a customer receives a defective item, it will be subject to inspection and approval before further actions are taken. 

In the event that an incorrect product is delivered to you, please contact us immediately through email or call and provide us your order and name so that we may double check and set our corrective measures in place.

Customer information will be kept strictly confidential. Personal information provided by our customers will not be used outside of the fulfillment of their orders.
